Lyle Burke
As President of Tropical Pathways, Lyle is an expert on the expatriate way of life. He has learned his appreciation of multi-ethnic environments by living in Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, an Inupiat Eskimo village in the Arctic Circle, and the Caribbean Bay Islands where he spent four years. For the last several years Lyle has successfully introduced many investors to areas in the Caribbean basin and Central America. He originally formed Tropical Pathways as a way to share his passion for discovery and investment with like minded people.

Tony Moreno
Tony currently lives in Playa del Carmen, Mexico with his beautiful wife and two young boys’. He has traveled extensively in Panama, Mexico and the Caribbean and owns property in Panama, Scottsdale and Roatan. Tony adds plenty of fun to your investment holiday, while ensuring that you have all the facts you need to make a quality investment decision.

One of Tropical Pathways Tour Coordinators, she is originally from the Netherlands. Helma has lived and traveled extensively in Europe and currently resides in Pennsylvania, where she is a decorative artist. She frequently travels to the Caribbean and Central America, where she, her husband, and two sons enjoy scuba diving, sport fishing, and exploration. Helma's extensive research on living, investing, and retiring abroad, make her ideally suited for her position with Tropical Pathways.

Jules is passionate about sharing her love of Caribbean life. For the past decade she has enjoyed helping people discover the adventure, beauty and kind people of Belize, Central America, as a tour host, meeting and vacation planner. An intrepid traveler, she has recently taken her husband and three teenage children around the globe, visiting 23 countries and living abroad for several months. Jules brings her expertise in web marketing and customer service to the team at Tropical Pathways.
