Mayan Caribbean Excursion
√ Sunday afternoon, upon your arrival at Cancun International Airport (CUN), you will be warmly greeted and transported directly to your accommodations in Playa del Carmen. That evening, Tropical Pathways will host a welcome reception at one of Playa’s memorable seaside establishments.
√ Monday morning you will attend an Investment Strategies Seminar covering topics such Title & taxes, Real estate law, available financing, property management services, residency programs, healthcare system and more. This first day of information and education will include a brief overview of Playa del Carmen real estate for sale.
√ Monday afternoon you will experience real estate in Playa del Carmen first hand as we drive and walk through this beautiful beach community. We will view pre-construction projecst to multi million dollar ocean front villas.
√ Tuesday morning we will see more Playa del Carmen real estate. In the afternoon you will be transported by air-conditioned van to Puerto Aventuras, approximately 20 miles south of Playa del Carmen. Puerto Aventuras is a world-class resort community located in the heart of the Riviera Maya real estate boom.
√ Wednesday you will be driven to explore more Riviera Maya real estate in Tulum. Considered by many as the most beautiful of the Mayan archeological sites, the site is small but exquisitely poised on the fifteen-meter-high cliffs above the Caribbean. From Tulum we drive to Mahahual to check in and relax for the night.
√ Thursday we explore Costa Maya real estate in Mahahual and Lake Bacalar.
√ Saturday we drive back to Playa for a free afternoon to enjoy the beautiful beaches or stroll down 5th Avenue. We’ll get together again for a Farewell Fiesta that evening.
√ Sunday you are transported back to the Cancun International Airport for your flight home.
