Your 7-day Panama excursion will introduce you to the land of endless possibilities in a country of astounding beauty. Here people will welcome you as an old friend. There are numerous daily flights from major U.S. and Canadian cities typically connecting through Miami or Houston. Upon your arrival at Tocumen Panama City you will be warmly greeted by a Tropical Pathways representative.

√ You will be driven to the new Marriott Courtyard Hotel located in the heart of Panama City and adajcent to the new ultra modern Multi Plaza Shopping Mall. Your hotel offers you a choice of dining venues, a sports bar, inviting pool, even a fully outfitted business center, all in keeping with the phenomenal growth that Panama City is experiencing.

√ You will attend a half day Investment Strategies Seminar covering topics such as residency and retirement programs, real estate law, banking services including offshore programs, communication options, relocation services available, and health care options. You will also learn how to set up a Panamanian Corporation. This first day of information and education will include a brief overview of Panama real estate for sale.

√ You will experience what this internationally focused city has to offer you, first visiting the Panama Canal, the eighth wonder of the world. Here you will see the persevering mules (self-contained electric locomotives) carefully guide huge cruise ships and freighters through the Miraflores Locks.

√ You will visit areas once occupied by U.S. troops and high-ranking officers, some preserved as luxurious plantation style mansions. You will also have an opportunity to view real estate in Panama City including high-rise condominiums and apartments where there is easy access to shopping, fine dining, casinos, and all the night life that a cosmopolitan city has to offer.

√ You will cross the Bridge of the Americas to tour Tucan Country Club and Resort. This is a new golf and residential development is a short drive to downtown and will be 20 minutes from the airport when the new bridge opens. It is also just down the road from the new Business Park Development located at Howard AFB. Multi-national corporations, including Dell, are choosing to locate their headquarters here.

√ You will take a short flight from Panama City on the Pacific coast to explore the relatively undeveloped Bocas del Toro real estate market on the Caribbean. This Venice of Panama is comprised of hundreds of small islands intertwined with meandering waterways. You may see sloths, red frogs, and myriad species of exotic birds (including parrots). The calm, placid Caribbean is home to sea turtles, dolphins and enormous gentle manatees.

√ Your home in Bocas (as the locals call it) will be in the Swan Cay Hotel. This Hotel features air conditioned rooms and dining/bar services.

√ You will discover Bocas with chances for swimming and beach combing. You will explore Bocas del Toro real estate including Red Frog Beach Club-an upscale beach community with a golf course, marina, condos, villas, and support services on a scenic island only accessible by boat.

If you need a break from exploring real esatate in Panama you can take a walking tour of a working coffee plantation or take a stroll through the delightful village of Boquete. Perhaps even visit the Cantina at Valle Escondido, one of Panama’s premier residential projects. Boquete real estate opportunities range from exclusive Valle Escondido villas to semi custom homes on the canyon edge at Los Molinos to mountain side building lots.

√ You will have time to acquaint yourself with what Boquete has to offer. Options include: zip line tree trek, coffee tours, bird watching, golf, horseback riding, motor scooters, bikes, hiking, and more. Or simply wander charming Boquete Town and chat with the locals.

√ You will be flown back to Panama City for the night before catching your return flight to either Miami or Houston. The Marriott Courtyard will once again welcome you. After a farewell dinner, perhaps you can partake in a nightcap with your new friends....
